Drag On Dragoon 3 aka Drakengard 3 is a cult classic series from Square-Enix with a history going back to the PlayStation 2. Widely known for a severely warped story with multiple endings, the third installment of this series should follow the same path. Expect epic land battles against countless magnificent foes or take to the skies in exciting dragon-mounted combat.
The title is a prequel to the original game in the series and focuses on Zero, a mysterious woman who partners with a dragon to kill her five sisters, the rulers of the world's regions. Learn the true reasons for her rampage as the tale unfolds.

A very strange video game, but kill me if I have not enjoyed every minute with 'Drakengard 3'. Good story, amazing soundtrack and a lot of humor.
A game that since it starts has action. Very good graphics and spectacular music according to the moment.
A beautiful continuation for the drakengard franchise, with a good story and action
Great game, deep story, awesome soundtrack!
I managed to get the last ending after grueling retries. A developer doing this kind of stunt is either commended or a target for angry gamers.
I'm fine with completing quests and grinding, but for a hack 'n' slash game, the frame rate and performance was sub-par. It's fine if you just want to button mash your way through levels, but having more control would felt a lot better. The last level was just very frustrating. I had to lower the resolution to 480p to get a very slight increase in frame rate.
Most of the characters are despicable, including your main one. It is done on purpose by Yoko Taro, that is a given. At least Nier had more characters you end up caring about.
Despite its shortcomings, the dark humor at the beginning and the soundtrack are what kept me going back for more.
I would only recommend this game for fans of the Nier and Drakengard series. There are better hack 'n' slash games out there.
