Product Features
- Using Break, Attack, and Guard abilities in combination with powerful Special Moves and Code Casts, players are required to plan out their attacks to effectively counter their opponent’s moves and emerge victorious from potentially deadly encounters
- Written by the creator of the original Fate series of PC games, Kinoko Nasu, the story of Fate/EXTRA will not only appeal to long time fans of the Fate universe, via the inclusion of many familiar characters, but will also appeal to RPG fans looking for a deep, non-formulaic storyline that delves into such mature themes as loyalty, death, love, and what it means to be human
- Multiple story paths, each with their own unique dialog trees and character interactions that lead to different endings
Item Description
Waking up in a strange virtual world with no recollection of the past, the main character finds themselves forced to fight for survival in a war they do not understand for a prize beyond value; the opportunity to have one’s wish granted. With only an enigmatic “Servant” by their side, the protagonist will have to face both friends and foes in battles to the death in order to not only gain possession of a mysterious object known as the “Holy Grail,” but also to find the answer to the most important question of all: “Who am I?”

Good but with little flaw
This game is good in both gameplay and story.Fun to play with something I dislike about this game is lack of save in arena because it take too much time to leveling up.However it not a wrong choice to buy.

Must-play RPG for PSP
If you were expecting this game to be a continuation of Fate/stay Night, that's not quite it. While there are many connections to other Nasuverse stories, this game is set in its own alternative world.
If you were expecting this game to be a clone of Persona 3/4, it's not. Despite some similarities, much of it is there to deliberately show the stark contrast between the ordinary daily life of Persona 3/4, against the harsh realities of the Grail War.
Although the Attack/Break/Guard combat mechanics for this game seems simple at first, its hidden intricacies just emphasize value of collecting information on your opponents (a key part of the game's story), as well as preventing it from becoming easily stale, unlike normal turn-based RPG combat mechanics.
For Aksys, this game was clearly a labor of love. Great care has obviously been taken to not only translate the game, but making sure important information about the game and its connection to other parts of Nasuverse were not lost in the translation. Hope to see them work on Fate/Extra CCC as well.

Fate
This is the first time I have played a Fate game and am very pleased with it. The story is really interesting though quite text heavy. If you like Persona games, you will like this. You can make choices that affect the outcome of the game, so as the game suggests, make separate save files! Good price for a decent game.
