Good quality, but the songs have been changed
This album is of very high quality, containing all the music from Splatoon 3 as well as the audio from the Nintendo Live concert in October 2022. However, some of the songs are different.
This ranges from minor differences like audio balancing to complete changes like new endings composed for some songs or instrumental changes. Some of these changes are for better and some are for worse, at the end of the day it's all up to personal opinion.
This is definitely worth buying if you enjoy the music, just know that there are a few differences in some songs to their in-game counterparts!

Nice collector's item or phisical back-up
While the music itself is easy to find online, having it on official CD is a nice way to ensure you have a hard copy in case Nintendo does some kind of copyright crack-down they are kind of infamous for, not to mention having the music in honest CD-quality.
Also, it has nice packaging with colorful designs on the discs and a cute little booklet with some art, song list and some suid/octoling-language "lyrics" in japanese characters.
