It insulates heat really well, but it is reallyyyy small as a water bottle. Even as someone that only drinks 1-2 cups (not a measuring cup) of water a day, this thermos barely holds the amount of water that fills a normal-sized mug. If you are someone that needs hydration 24hrs a day, this product is not for you/have fun refilling every 2 gulps.
Other than that, the bottle is nice. It looks clean + aesthetic, and for some reason it doesn't get scratches? whenever I see a scuff mark on it I can just wipe it away and the thermos is good as new. It's easy to clean as well.
