1/8 TACHIKOMA is a smart toy 1/8 size replica of the AI robotic weapons platform that appears in the animation "攻殻機動隊 S.A.C.(Ghost in the Shell)". Cerevo’s TACHIKOMA is fully mobile and can move around by its own robotic feet and wheels. You can have a natural conversation via its advanced speech technology and image recognition.
* Please note that current language support for 1/8 Tachikoma is ONLY Japanese for output via the smartphone app or internal speaker. Tachikoma supports both Japanese and English input via the smartphone app or internal microphone.
Differences between the STANDARD EDITION and SPECIAL EDITION
The STANDARD EDITION and SPECIAL EDITION differ only in the material of the barrel cover part and bumper parts, including hands and feet, there is no difference in functionality. The SPECIAL EDITION bumper parts, including hands and feet, and barrel cover part of the main body are made from machined aluminum with some small parts that are chrome plated. The STANDARD EDITION bumper and barrel cover parts are made from mainly ABS polymer.

* 1/8 TACHIKOMA is a precision device. Do not drop, hit or subject it to strong shocks. Doing so may cause a malfunction or damage, resulting in unexpected accidents and injuries.

* Do not bend the moving parts by hand, whether powered on or off.
* Do not use surfaces such as shaggy carpet and soft or slippery flooring that may affect grip.
* Do not use in areas with slopes or gaps of more than 5mm.
* This device is not waterproof or drip proof. Do not use near liquid.
