Just received mine, it works flawlessly. Contrary to another review posted here, works great with the Official Gold Headset. That review must be erased, since it contains wrong information. I almost cancelled my order the time I read it. Glad I didn´t.

As the first third party controller for the PS4 with touchpad capabilities, Hori doesn't just stop there; by adding a wide range of value added features to the new Horipad FPS Plus, what entails is a new way to play for gamers looking for that extra edge in precision and control.
Based on the original Horipad FPS, the FPS Plus retains the asymmetrical thumb stick placement similar to the Xbox configuration and comes in a sophisticated metallic finish. The sticks themselves apply a constant pressure feedback lending to precise aim and control, and to take this even further, there is a special target button that toggles with 3 levels of sensitivity on the back - for changing stick sensitivity on the fly - ideal for instant long range targeting.
There's even been change to how stick sensitivity reacts; the yaw, roll and pitch follow a gradual slope as opposed to a linear one, so movement is even smoother, and avoids all form of abrupt jerkiness whenever sensitivity is increased.
For the buttons themselves, a turbo feature can be turned on for the face buttons, d-pad buttons, and triggers; the Horipad FPS Plus also allows custom button mapping.
The FPS Plus is also compatible with the PlayStation 3, and comes wired with 3 meter length cable. The only caveat is that the light bar, motion sensor, rumble feature and headphone jack are missing, but for unparalleled and refined control, the Horipad FPS Plus does this in absolute spades.

except matterial of stick another thing is OK.
all function is good and I love turbo func very much.
For the guys that are used to play with Xbox game pads, just like me, the HORI FPS Plus is awesome and an excellent choice for shooters.
Love the triggers, very precise and excellent for shooting, compared with the DS4 triggers that are a complete rubbish. The extra features are very nice, despite I will only use the target assistance for sure.
I’m giving 4 and not 5 stars because of the lack of vibration/rumble feature. I didn’t realize, until I played with HORI controller, that is indeed a very nice feature introduced in the Xbox 360 and PS3 consoles generation. The HORI could, or should, has this feature incorporated.
As usual, 5 stars for Play-Asia customer service. I live in Portugal (western Europe) and I receive the order in two and half weeks, outstanding!
This controller it's a good investment if you don't have enough money for the original one.
The case looks like cheap but I feel it strong and comfortable, the target system is very useful when you play shooters (my accuracy got increased), the turbo function can be programmed allowing a fast turbo or a slow turbo (whatever you need), finally the assign button it's useful for games that have limited configuration.
By the way this controller can be connected to the PC, only install the official Xbox360 controller driver, put the Hori controller in PS3 mode and you're done.
I don't have any regrets about this item, great buy.
Turbo function is great for trophy hunter .
The sticks are a bit more sensitive than the standard control, the rapid fire works well, also the movement limiter of the right stick, I do not use the "assign" button so I have not tried it.
The plastic feels very fragile, yet it is resistant
The triggers L2 and R2 need a strong pressure to activate and is annoying when you play.
