打工仔歷克（謝遜比文飾）每日在辦公室工作12小時，對地獄上司赫根（奇雲史柏錫飾）逆來順受，只為搏取早日升職，但他的升職美夢終告破滅。與此同時，牙醫助護德爾（查理丹飾）一直努力緊守貞節牌坊，以免成為飢渴熟女牙醫茱莉亞（珍妮花安妮絲頓飾）的獵物。另一方面，會計師卻特（積遜蘇迪堅斯飾）發現貪污腐敗的新老闆派列（歌連菲路飾）不單要一手摧毀他的事業，更打算以有毒廢料毒害萬千無知市民。遇著變態虐待狂老闆，可以點算？跳槽無望，三位打工仔飲大兩杯，聽從吹水了得的罪犯 (占美霍士飾) 老點，設下了迂迴又愚蠢的計劃去剷除他們的老闆。但以他們的「聰明才智」，即使有精心鋪排的殺人計劃，最終也只會搞到一鑊泡。For Nick (Jason Bateman), Kurt (Jason Sudeikis) and Dale (Charlie Day), the only thing that would make the daily grind more tolerable would be to grind their intolerable bosses (Kevin Spacey, Colin Farrell, Jennifer Aniston) into dust. Quitting is not an option, so, with the benefit of a few-too-many drinks and some dubious advice from a hustling ex-con (Jamie Foxx), the three friends devise a convoluted and seemingly foolproof plan to rid themselves of their respective employers...permanently. There's only one problem: even the best laid plans are only as foolproof as the brains behind them.

Five stars. If you love movies like Hangover and Hangover 2, you will love this movie too.
