年輕靚女Destiny（吳恬敏 飾）一直在大城市掙扎求存。為了照顧祖母和生計，決定在夜總會「舞吧」展開脫衣舞孃生涯，卻仍然過著手停口停的生活。直至遇上「舞吧」天后Ramona（珍妮花露柏絲 飾），她的命運180度扭轉。Ramona舞技超群，操控男人有一手，對住華爾街金融狂人也絕不手軟。Destiny決定跟Ramona拍住上，錢多得從天而降。可惜，歡樂時光過得特別快。2008年金融海嘯爆發，「舞吧」生意一落千丈，新入行的脫衣舞孃如同廉價妓女，而且又夠索又夠搏，Destiny跟Ramona重操故業也無人問津。Ramona於是想出絕世「掠水」奇招，再招攬兩位成員，組成「完美巨籮幫」，齊齊出征勾搭華爾街大鱷東山再起。這班姊妹遇神殺神，無往而不利，但四人幫與罪惡愈行愈近，事情開始失控……
