Cai Feng (Kitty Zhang Yu Qi) is raised in a farming family located in the countryside. Everyday she practices kung fu with her father (Yuen Cheung Yan). However, inside her heart she always loves hip hop dancing. The opportunity arrives when she visits Shanghai with her friend, Xiao Xue (Yao Wen Xue) to find job there.She registers as a dance student at a dance school but since the school fee is expensive, she works during the day at garment factory and night time as janitor at her school. She manages to master the dancing technique secretly but got laughed by others in the beginning. However, she never gives up on performing a proper dance.One day, she meets the owner of the dance school called Lang (Leon Jay Williams) who is quite impressed with her interest and efforts she has taken in learning dancing. He then gives her a free scholarship and enroll her in the upcoming dance competition. Slowly Cai Feng falls in love with Lang.However, due to some personal reasons Cai Feng decides to withdraw from the dance competition, quits her dancing lessons and returns to her hometown. Since the chance for her to participate in the dance competition is over will Cai Feng make a comeback for dancing in the near future?
