Sad game
Like most of key games, kannon is another game based on tragedy. But great story line and artwork. Recommend to buy it

Entertaining and Long-lasting
I have not played through the entire game yet, but so far I would say it's very entertaining. It looks good on the PSP, and the text is perfectly sized to make for easy reading. It has basically every feature one could desire of a game in this genre, and is easy to follow as far as controls and game settings.

My only complaint about the game would be in regards to the recordings of the character voices. I don't know why, but to me the sound of the character Nayuki's voice sounds somewhat robotic most of the time. I haven't noticed this in the voices of any of the other characters except a line or two here or there. I don't mean that the voice actually sounds monotone like a robot or anything, just that it sounds like it has been synthesized or something. Overall it isn't a big deal, but at first I was very surprised.

I would recommend this game to a fan of this genre, as the writing is good, the graphics look crisp and sharp, full voice acting is included, and it has very vibrant (albeit perhaps somewhat stereotypical) characters. The charm of the game, I would say, lies not in a story which is particularly riveting, but one that draws you in with the charm of the characters, the atmosphere of the setting, and pleasing audio and visuals.

Excellent game, as always, but perhaps not the best port.
Anybody who knows Kanon knows it\'s great stuff, so this already wins immensely for being a version of the game I can play without having to mod anything. That said, though, I\'ve encountered one very annoying thing: On January 13th in the game, it would seem that they drop the voice acting completely. This takes away much of the impact for me, unfortunately. It just doesn\'t quite feel like Kanon when you can\'t hear all the \"Uguu~\"s and \"Auu~\"s. That said, despite this one glitch or space issue, whichever it is, Kanon is too great all around to fault too much for a poor port.
