鮫珠，是人魚之淚的意思。故事發生在九州，一個計謀多端的盜聖泥空空（王大陸 飾）和一個冷艷盡責的捕快黑羽（張天愛 飾）在一次偶然相遇，展開一段奇幻旅程。而在這段奇幻旅程當中，屬於羽族後人的雪烈（任達華 飾）一直不擇手段想要奪得這顆鮫珠，當中究竟暗藏甚麼強大力量？一段羽族與人類的戰爭正式展開。
