Item Description

In commemoration of the release of "Macross Frontier Short Film: Labyrinth of Time" , a poll was held to vote a Macross F song that wished to be sung by Valkyrie should and the Macross Delta song that wished to be sung by Sheryl & Ranka. This album features the No. 1 songs in the polls. This dream collaboration was made to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Macross! The seven members including Sheryl, Ranka, and Valkyrie will gather and sing "Ai Oboedemasu ka" in a "40th Anniversary Deculture Edition" with an elegant and gorgeous orchestral arrangement by composer Takayuki Hattori that will bring back the excitement of the famous song. The Limited Delta Edition comes with a cover artwork sleeve case specification of Valkyrie drawn by Chisato Saneda, and a bonus track "Musume Special Service Medley (Tokumori)", a medley of Macross F songs sung by Valkyrie.

Macross music at its finest
The girls of Frontier and Delta can do no wrong. Even when they sing each others' songs, they sound like it was written for them. Love the juxtaposition on this album, and this version on Ai Oboete Imasuka is absolutely amazing.
