Excellent for children, or thise with thin finger/small hands.
I purchased 2 of these controllers, for my 4 1/2 year old daughter. She tried to play a lot of games with me, but the Microsoft controllers were unwieldy for her. Since grabbing this controller, she's been FAR happier and had played games, with much better success. If this thing can withstand a 4 1/2 year old, for 6 months, I don't see durability as an issue. 'nuff said.

Nice small controller, but quality less than 1st party
I bought this controller because I have very small hands and the original one was giving me Nintendinitis. Overall, this controller is comfortable to use. However, some aspects of it are going to feel cheaper (middle "X" button, lack of shielding at base of sticks) and I find the relocation of the back and start buttons to be highly annoying. D-pad is cross-shaped rather than circle. Like all 3rd-party controllers, this does not come in a wireless version, but that, of course, is Microsoft's fault. One upside is that it can be used on a PC as well. The vibration is fine.

Some earlier reviews around the web stated that the Microcon had a hard invert-look switch. Mine does not.

The main issue I had with this controller was that the analog sticks were slippery. The best solution I've found is to dip them in a non-slip coating like Plasti-Dip.

The Microcon is pretty much the only "small hands" XBox 360 controller out there. You basically sacrifice quality for size.
