It's not a waste of money at all, if you can read japanese and have a japanese IP-Adress

Service is for japan only
If you\'re outside japan or if your ISP in Japan issues you a foreign IP, you won\'t be able to play this game because they\'re filtering foreign IPs. There is no point in buying it unless you\'re just wanting it as a collection.
