Yes!, no more need for speed series on vita system, but this game is great port of consoles and very playable

A Criterion Game and you know it will be good
What else should I say? It's a Criterion game. It's an open world racing game. Although it calls "Need for Speed", but you know it's actually a "Burnout". And you know it won't be anything wrong, so just get it if you like racing game!
