The scenes of violence become even more over-the-top, there are more weapons and ninpo to learn and the battles are non-stop. Don't rest to catch your breath, someone may just slip up and destroy you in a slash. The girls Kazumi, Momiji and Ayane are back. Ayane has her own story and even more costumes to change into. The rest of the ladies can participate in battle during the Chapter Challenge mode and in online-multiplayer co-op challenges in the Ninja Trials mode.

Finalmente corrigiram a besteria que fizeram no Ninja Gaiden 3, agora com mais dificuldade, 2 novas personagens e os bugs corrigidos, ah aí sim agora ficou interessante de se jogar
