More than 200 characters come together to celebrate 20 years of history. Directed by Takafumi Otsuka. Guest voice actors include Santa Maria Yusuke, Rino Sashihara (AKB48), Ryota Yamasato and (Nankai Candies). Two-disc set including the main feature and bonus disc. It comes with a box featuring the poster visual for the movie by Eiichiro Oda and Digi tray newly illustrated by the character designer, Masayuki Sato. Bonus disc features Kids Kaizoku Banpaku, Theatrical anime "ONE PIECE STAMPEDE" Kaizoku All-Star Banpaku at Universal Studio Japan, stage greetings (August 10, 2019), TV spots and more.
