description
A hostage crisis has broken out in the metropolitan police headquarters. With the police commissioner and various department heads being the hostages. However, no one knows the perpetrators’ motives or their demands. With time quickly running out, detectives Ukyo and Kanabe of the Special Task Force are called in to investigate the men behind the siege. The two gradually discover that the case leads to a conspiracy that goes to the highest level of the police department.
