Phantasy Star Portable 2 Original Soundtrack - Wings Of Universe

Like all Phantasy Star soundtracks, they're straight-forward, and downright gorgeous. This one is no exception, and even though I'm not overly fond of Universe's style, there's no denying it's still a great OST. Well worth the price.

Phantasy Star games have incredible music. It's a very high standard when it comes to Phantasy Star soundtracks. This one doesn't quite match up to previous soundtracks, but it only misses a little bit.

A lot of noteable tracks such as remixes of old tunes are missing. These are sorely missed if you've played the game and were expecting them to be on the soundtrack. Most of the entirely new tunes are here, but they just don't quite have the charm of say PSO. That isn't to say this is a bad soundtrack - it has a variety of music that is suitable for most enviornments - but you probably won't find yourself fondly recalling scenes of the game unless you're really hardcore on this game. It's not bad music, it just doesn't match earlier games.

I would buy it again.

This soundtrack is great. It has the new tracks in the game, as well as two versions of the opening theme, so it's worth a look.
