Pocket Monsters All Star Collection Plush: Vulpix (Alola Form) (S)
It is a soft plush that compared to the different plushes sold from the NA Pokemon Center website seem to be using a material for the tail and "fluff" on top the head of the plush to make it even softer that NA Pokemon plushes seem to lack.
If your wanting one to hold/cuddle/any form of touch involvement I highly recommend this one if you like the Alolan form Vulpix.
