No title
One of my favourite SNES games as a kid, while I could never beat it I still love playing it and love that it got a remake. I had to go the Switch version because it would just feel wrong playing on anything other than a Nintendo console :)

Not censored like other versions
I bought this version because of the puritan style censorship other versions have. Since this version has english its a no brainer spend your money here, don't give companies money for censored versions of games. Even if only 1 thing is censored its an affront to me and I implore others to resist where they can.

More than i expected
To my pleasant surprise, the game offers more than I was expecting. The game has been redone very carefully. New characters and new stages have been added. I didn't think twice about buying this game and it was really worth it. I hope that companies continue to rescue the good games of the past in such a loving way.

I was left breathless over the improvements.
First off, I want it to be clear that I am terrible at this game's original version on SNES, but on THIS version, I have managed to last 3 levels without having to continue. HAHA! That's a first for me.
The graphics look so beautiful, and if you are expecting the same SNES experience, well, then, prepare to be SURPRISED! So many changes, but all feel well done, and make the game itself feel far more enjoyable. The music is superb, the controls feel wonderful, intuitive, and easy to master... until certain new elements are added, and you need to master the added mechanics, which are pretty good. I also enjoy that you get to play different characters during the story mode. It's a double edge sword this, because some people might find it a bit disturbing to be one character at one stage, then suddenly changing to another, but I like this. It gives all characters a fair chance of play. BEST PART about the Japanese version of the game is that there is NO CENSORING! That's right, there's cleavage to enjoy on this version! But enough of the good stuff, let me take you to the bad stuff now.
Sadly, I wish I could say everything is perfect, but... First off, getting to learn the display is tricky at first. It took me some time to get used to it, and to understand which were my lives, and how many extra lives I had left. Then there's the weapon change system, which is confusing in the most part due to the screen being too full of monsters and bullets and items, and you trying to keep that one element that works for you, then suddenly "UH-OH", you somehow picked fire when you were trying to avoid it. Another thing I think is questionable is why is the easy mode of the game locked at the start! That aside, I think the game is worth adding to your collection, and to play it until your fingers go numb!
