Heart Gold is the sequel to the Pokemon Fire Red/ Leaf green released in 2004 on Game Boy Advance. 3 years after the initial defeat of the Rocket Organization, a new hero is setting off on a new journey in the Jouto area. Aiming at the top place in the pokemon trainer world, off you go!Train your pokemon as you walk. Take the pokemon walker with you wherever you go. The more steps you take, the more experience your pokemon become. Use the infrared device to put your strengthened pokemon into the game world in your DS.More legendary pokemon are showing up. Tame Ho-oh, the fiery phoenix in Heart Gold.

It's a great game in itself and the Pokewalker is a really cute add-on! Too bad there weren't any copies of the English version available but hey, at least I can practice my Japanese while I'm at it! Haven't played the original G/S/C games so I can't compare, but HG hasn't left me disappointed in any way. Super recommended!

Great Remake but....
I´d like to had the option to choose Kanji. Also there are a lot of Pokemon who´re too hard to catch in the normal way. 2 games worth of content but only 1 Masterball simply isn´t enough...
