Not so different
Well I got this for my NES collection because it was cheap, and it wasn't released in the US, but now I'm not sure that's true.

The first PYFS was released in the US as R.B.I. Baseball. The only difference seems to be the names of teams and players. This seems to be just the first PYFS with a roster update. So it's as much like R.B.I. as the first game was. (Note: This is not the same game as R.B.I. Baseball 2.)

Anyway, it's fully playable without knowing Japanese, *most* of the menus are in English. Player sprites are fat and cutesy, graphics are sort of simple and plain even for the NES.

Bonus, Namco Famicom games come in nice plastic clamshell cases, like Genesis and SMS games do.
