Item Description
A letter from an old friend send Layton and his apprentice Luke to the 3D world. Lots of challenging puzzles and plot twist awaits this very British professor and his young charge, so let's set off.The letter states that a mysterious man known as the Gentleman of Miracles is whipping the town into terror. The odd happenings in the recent times are somehow related to the tragedy in the past, find the culprit and restore peace to the dainty place.

nice
although I'm new in layton series, story-wise it's pretty solid but to gain a complete understanding you must play the spectre's call which is for the nds as it is the beginning of the second trilogy. the movie (eternal diva) also must be watched as it is part of the story taken place before miracle mask. there's a lot of puzzles including the daily puzzles. for the european version it is a great price if you own PAL region 3DS as this review is written.

Love it
Only played this Layton and the one with the Time Machine before, and while I love both this one is by far the best. I wasn't very hyped over the carnival theme but it really works; the designs are really nice to look at, the story is interesting and the puzzles are great. Only gotten about half-way through the game when I discovered the hidden puzzles-feature which I've been playing a lot.

pretty much the same old stuff, if your a fan than the only new thing here is 3d, still fun tho

Great for every one
it is a great game and even for people who are still learning Japanese all the kanji has furigana so you can read it all ^^
