Raiden IV
A very enjoyable and polished game, with many game modes, boss rush and online scores. I really enjoyed this game, and actually prefer this to Raiden V!!

It’s so fun! Me & my neighbor were cooped whole night for completing this game!
And can’t wait for the Raiden 5 PS5 version!

Fantastic Edition, Small Catch on PS5
The PS5 version is a Fantastic Edition of Raiden IV X Mikado. It does not seem to have the audio issues the Switch version has. The collection of swappable slip cover art is very cool, the audio discs are awesome. Fortunately, the game registers Arcade sticks and Fight Pads with no issue (pS5 controller is trash for shmups).
The only hitch is that, since this is an import, you CAN NOT use Share Play to even try to Co-Op with other players; the person you try to share with will just get a blocked screen. Bummer. Hopefully UFO will release this in the west

Raiden = Shmup gold
If it's a Raiden game it's a must buy as a fan of the series and this remix is no exception.
I have every previous title except IV, (I'm not an Xbox person), so was super excited for the Switch release.
Gameplay, difficulty, and replayability are all great with a very well done remix soundtrack.
For extra difficulty, the option for one person to play P1 & P2 Ships with the left and right joycon is nuts and a lot of fun.

better than raiden 5
if you also love the STG and thought raiden 5 was great, raiden 4 is even better
