Never played the original but
This game is great and an enjoyable time sink. Good art direction.

Nice JRPG
I havent played the first version, but this remaster version is really good, has great mechanics where you can fight monsters for materials or be a farmer, there's a lot of things to do in the game, i would compare it to other similar games, but this game is fantastic the deepth of the story and relation between characters is really amazing.

A greate remaster
It's a greate remaster from an already great game. Would definitely recoment it, even if you played it on the 3DS.
