description

Rune Factory 4 offers more options, better crops and more powerful monsters. Right at the start of the game, the gamer is offered the choice to become a temporary prince or a princess. Pick up the hoe, the water can and occasionally, a sword, and go on farming adventures. The growth of crops are not limited to a single square, players can plant massive turnips. The dating part of the game is spiced up with the Lovers Phase. Players can enjoy tooth-achingly sweet dates with their preferred one before getting married. And what's more, the bachelor and bachelorettes are not limited to humans. Some boss monsters turn into prince or princess charming after they are defeated.

A charming time sink.
It's bursting with bucolic charm, backed up by masterful writing and an irresistibly positive outlook, and plays like the pinnacle of a genre it invented itself. Whether you come for the adventure, the romance, or simply the turnips, Rune Factory 4's inviting world will draw you in and give you plenty of reasons to stick around for many, many seasons to come.

Late but worth it
I've heard so much good things about this game, and I'm really excited to finally start it. Two hours in and I know the wait was worth it.

If you liked the prequels of this series, you will like this one. Several game mechanics such as random town events keeps you go on playing.
However, this game, like the prequels in the DS console, has some really imbalanced mechanics which you can beat the game without putting much effort (not going to spoil it but you will find it).
Random bugs would happen such as soil going out of grid when using a soil, but the bugs are not enough to ruin your gameplay.
