The Cosmos begins to burn as the Golden Saints are ready to rise once again; a classic manga and its anime adaptation that captures fans from Japan and across the world especially Europe and South America returns with its all-new explosive fighting game with Saint Seiya: Soldiers’ Soul. After a successful video game Saint Seiya: Brave Soldiers, Dimps and Namco Bandai Games teamed-up once more creating a Western localization and bringing intense battles in full HD graphics for new gen platforms.

Saint Seiya is one of the phenomenal mid-80s mangas which became even more popular with its successful anime adaptations. Based on Greek and other European mythologies, saints work for the goddess Athena helping her to protect the world against attacks of Olympian deities. Each saint has a dazzling magical armor known as “Cloth” powered by a mystic energy called “Cosmos”.

Soldiers’ Soul follows the story of an original video animation Saint Seiya: Soul of Gold. Join the twelve mysteriously revived Gold Saints and make use of their enhanced legendary Cloths in their fight against Hades who threatens Athena. Featuring a sense of speed like no other, witness fast-paced fights together with the latest air combos plus a mix of long and short range attacks. Enter its newest Cosmos Blast Mode that changes the scenery into an outer space where characters power up in limited time and end this mode with a powerful Big Bang Attack.

Available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PC, Saint Seiya: Soldiers’ Soul comes with Japanese, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese audio tracks along with its English, Spanish, French, and Brazilian Portuguese subtitles for US version. Added to its special features are the inclusions of characters and costumes from Saint Seiya: Brave Soldiers.

For a real fan
The game is pretty ok looks great but the gameplay feels a little childish compared to new generation fighting games.....this is for the real fan just to have something to enjoy.

The story is too short!!!
The game story mode was too short.i just finish the game story in less than 7 hours and the ai is stupid.
You can corner the ai and kill him fast and getting rank S is easy as pie. The online mode is empty and i still see the game lacking in gameplay and i think it is still overprice.
It really killed the sensation of playing since the challenge is not there.
