description

Sega Ages Vol. 26: Dynamite Deka is a remake of the 1997 released Sega Saturn game Dynamite Deka, which is also known as Die Hard Arcade in the US. The game is played by fighting your way through waves of enemies, using fists, legs, and a ludicrous variety of weapons. You progress through the requisite baddies and bosses with cutscenes interspersed into the action.Next to a PlayStation2™ enhanced "Dynamite Deka Mode", which contains upgrade graphics, this Sega Ages title also includes a "Sega Saturn Mode", which is basically a 1:1 port of the 32-bit classic. Additional game modes include "Easy Mode", "Arrest Mode", "One Shot Kill Mode", "Deadline Mode" and "Altered Beast Mode".

this game roolz
One of the best arcade games ever. Only two beat em ups can come close to the fun factor: Final Fight and Streets of Rage 2.

Since this game has a new skin made for PS2, that can give the guys at Sega a new idea, make THE PUNISHER/GHOST RIDER based off of this game engine! It is the perfect game engine to make a game with those characters.

repeat after me.....SHOCKMASTER!
This game is one of the most fun arcade games of all time. And now it is even better.
Definitely one of the best budget titles on PS2.

There is so much action and so many weapons it is truly great. Weapons include axes, handguns, machine guns, missle launchers and the anti tank rifle.
It is truly hilarious to continuously shoot guys into the wall and make them bounce several times off the wall with the anti tank gun. Other hilarious moments: running through the hallway and suddenly clotheslining some ponytailed tramp who just appeared out of a door. Another one is the picture of the bald headed man with glasses and a mustache on the wall of the bosses\' room. Its a real picture! HAHA, it looks like Precious Paul Ellering from LOD. How about the guy taking a leak when you reach the bathroom stalls? HAHA. Or the firefighters firing pistols at you? Or the guy who comes out of the bathroom stall in his underwear? HAHA, such a funny game! You can even do hurricanaranas, steiner screwdrivers, german suplexes and giant swings to your opponents. LOL!

Also when you beat the game and it gives you webpage to look at, then on the webpage you see many characters from the game bowing down saying sorry that there\'s no save option in the game! HAHA, but no big deal, because you can still use passwords. And truly the funniest moment in the game is the football player boss you fight in front of the fishtank. You probably remember him if you played the arcade version, but you probably didn\'t remember him as REY MISTERIO JR! HE\'S BUFFED UP ON STEROIDS! HAHA, the WCW champ is in this version! And you are Bruce Willis! HAHA, Rey Misterio vs Bruce Willis in this game! Who would have thought?

This game includes both the saturn/stv arcade original and the newly updated version graphically enhanced for PS2. The animations, gameplay and sounds are all the same, the game just receives a new skin. And it looks great! Bruce actually looks more like Bruce. I just wish they would remake the Dreamcast version with these graphics. The Dreamcast character was nothing like Bruce and looked like Don Flamnco from Punchout.

Some interesting notes: Yuji Naka from Sonic the Hedgehog is listed in the credits as a supervisor.
The games development team looks to be from two countries (Japan and China?) and dedicated the game to the original team.

This game is just another reason to throw away a Sega Saturn if you have one. We now have the following Saturn games on PS2, also most are better than Saturn versions:

Gunbird
Strikers 1945
Strikers 1945 2
Vampire Hunter
Vamire Savior
Street Fighter Zero
Street Fighter Zero 2
MERCS
Street Fighter Zero 3
Street Fighter 2 Hyper Fighting
Hyper Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo
Dynamite Deka
Sega Rally
Virtua Fighter 2
Fighting Vipers
Space Harrier
Sonic R
Sonic 1-3 + Knuckles
Panzer Dragoon

Now we need on PS2:
Marvel Super Heroes
Marvel vs SF
X-Men vs SF
X-men COTA
Battle Garegga
Batsugun
Dodonpachi
After Burner collection
Nights
