樹熊阿畢 (張衛健 聲演) 用心經營的大劇院，滿載了他與父親的溫馨回憶，也標誌著一個歌舞昇平的黃金時代！為挽救每況愈下的業績，阿畢舉辦歌唱比賽重新吸引市民，其中五位參加者竟一鳴驚人：為老公和 25 隻豬仔日忙夜忙，未有追尋自己夢想的肥師奶樂詩 (梁詠琪 聲演)；古古惑惑但又才華洋溢，老鼠情聖兼街頭歌王 Mike 爺；擁有天籟聲線，卻時常發台瘟的怕醜大象女美雅；一心擺脫黑幫家族生意，希望以歌曲感染大眾的猩猩 Johnny 仔；還有決意離開自大男友，獨個闖出一片天的箭豬 Rock 女阿雪…… 歌聲笑聲響徹全城，誰可一夜成名？
