Celebrating the 10th anniversary of its release, the newly reborn "Sonic Colors Ultimate" original soundtrack is now available.
The opening theme "Reach For The Star" has been renewed with a new recording with a new arrangement. The ending theme "Speak With Your Heart" has evolved into a remixed version that incorporates the essence of Future Bass Trap. All stage BGM and boss battle BGM are also updated to the ongoing sound using all means such as arrangement, remix, rework, additional recording.
In addition, the original version of the theme song and orchestra song released in 2010 are also re-recorded as a remastered sound source with the latest sound processing. Please enjoy the musicality and world view unique to "Sonic Colors", which is a colorful mix of elements such as rock, pop, and dance.

An interesting album, in a good way
The remixes are absolute bangers to me, with most being better than the originals in my opinion, and the ones that aren't as good are still pretty good as well, just not as good as the original. What is interesting, however, is the tracks labeled as "remaster" (any true orchestra tracks, the original OP/ED mixes) are noticeably higher fidelity tracks when compared to those same tracks as released on the original CD in 2010, and in my opinion, these "remastered" tracks sound far superior to the original master of these tracks. In short, an overall improvement over the original OST with only a few minor hiccups.
