I'm a beginner of the visual novels, but couldn't skip this part of the Zero Escape universe. I enjoy characters, puzzles, drawing style, music. In my country simply this game unavailable, so one can imagine my happiness when the parcel from PlayAsia finally arrived to me.
Zero Escape is one of the best VN series, Kotaro Uchikoshi work is amazing, and this series is a must buy. This compilation of the first 2 games in the series is really something you can't miss.
If you like rather static digital novel, Root Letter is not the one to miss out. The arts drawing and characters are elegant, music is also very comfortable to enjoy with the Romantic while attractive/suspicious/detective type of story lines! A good scenes style title to keep in my PSV library :) Recommended to peace and arts preferable collector!
Played it because of the anime. However it proved to be a better experience overall. The multiple endings provide much more depth to the characters and setting.
Great compilation 2 for 1 and booth hooks you up from the start. A must buy
