description

Welcome to the strange world of Lyndbaum, a sacred land linked to four magical dimensions. In Cliff, a village situated high atop a precipice, lay the ruins where the evil Summoned Creature Goura is confined. The ruins retain a terrible and hideous power, and as such, only a select few are allowed to enter the Chamber of Seals, let alone approach the ruins entrance. One fateful day, a cheerful youth, having lost a little wager, guides a childhood friend to see the Seal of Goura. However, the true intentions of his friend emerge, and the wicked creature is released! To seal Goura one more time, a long lost sword is needed. The hunt for the Daemon Edge now begins.

Plays even better than its predecessor. The battle system is fun and engaging, although a bit on the easy side thanks to some player transformation additions. One of my favorite part is the interaction with the characters, it adds a bit of depth to the storyline and can be really funny from time to time.
Customizing your weapons is really addicting, I find myself returning to dungeons a lot to get certain materials just to see the different types of weapons one can create. The scythe is a personal favorite of mine.
The story feels a bit like your generic 'I'm the only one that can save the world' story, but the characters makes it somewhat enjoyable.

If you like character interaction, customizing your weapons and use them in battle then this is an easy recommendation.
