easy to use
No need to setup, just plug and play. It supports my wireless joystick Qanba Q1W.

Great for SNK fighters
Plug 'n play - no errors while playing. Tested for many hours on Samurai Shodown VI (PS4) and both KOF '98 Ultimate Match and KOF 2002 Unlimited Match (Steam) . I only wish it weren't this pricy.

There is one caveat that might seem obvious to some, though. The touch screen buttons exclusive to the PS4 controller don't seem to be mapped on the PS3 counterpart whatsoever ; so for those functions you will need to switch back to the PS4 controller. Overall, a small annoyance imho.

Pocket Rumble with MadCatz TE2+
I have purchased the Brooks PS4/PS3 to Switch Converter from Play-Asia and I was happy with the Delivery Duration and Packaging. After I tested it and worked fine, I decided to order again but this time the PS3/PS4 to Xbox One Converter knowing that this online store is reliable.

I tested this on my MadCatz TE2+ connected to my Nintendo Switch and played Pocket Rumble. It looks like an overkill but it feels great. I don’t feel any lag too. After playing with Pocket Rumble for an hour, I decided to try it out on Ultra Street Fighter 2… awesome! I don’t have any negative comments whatsoever. I am a happy customer.

Probably we need to lower the price a bit because at that price (add a little more) we can purchase a full Mayflash Arcade Stick.

It does the job (PS3 & PS4 to PS4 & PS3)
Very functional when using in the PS3 and PC, connect the controller to the converter usb port, press the home button and that's it (if you want to use a PS wireless controller just wait some seconds after plugged in, disconnect it and turn it on again).

Turbo mode is OK, I hadn't checked the remap mode because I don't need it but there is a problem when you use this converter in the PS4, the controller and the converter just turn off by themselves after some minutes, doing a firmware update from the official brook webpage can solve this.

Everything but...
First off, I'd like to say it works. The red lights are a great indicator of whether or not the controller is plugged in, most of the buttons are mapped respectively. This is where I come to my problems with the adapter. We are down 3 buttons. 2 due to the GameCube controller's design and 1 from the adaptors design. Now losing the select and one of the z buttons isn't a complete loss, but you really appreciate the start button once it's been removed. On the switch, it's now registered as the Home button. I get what they were going for, but now I can't get past the opening cutscene to Blaster Master Zero. On paper, it makes sense to make the start button a home button. However, the start button is very much in a large number of games.
Now it does work with other games on switch fine if you don't need the 3 missing buttons. I think what it's best for is experimenting on other USB compatable devices. There's bound to be creative ways to us the adaptor, but on the switch it feels hindered and that's just because of one button.
If you want to use a GameCube controller on a USB compatable device this is so far the best priced item I've seen on the market.

What I would recommend to make it better? Well I find the Turbo Button unnecessary so if that can be removed in place of a home button that would make the placement all the more fitting. If there is a way to have an extra z and add a select button through the adapter I welcome it, but I'll take the home button idea if Brook will consider it.
