Item Description

The strongest large monster that has landed on Super Nintendo for the first time is back in the Reiwa era!

Super Godzilla" In 1993, with the appearance of "Street Fighter II", an unusual game appeared in the fighting game world that showed unprecedented excitement. It is a dream-like game that allows players to control Godzilla, Super Godzilla!

Crush the tank and destroy the building in the simulation part called "Movement Mode". In the fighting part called "Battle Mode", you fight fiercely with the familiar enemy monsters. Many boys and girls were enthusiastic about the animated special move and were in agony at the difficulty level.

The world of music that is unique to Super Godzilla composed of Akira Ifukube's music and original songs. Introducing one of the maniacs who can enjoy the world of Toho special effects, which is different from movies and animations. In addition to the game sound source of the main part, the sound source of the replay version that was released at that time and became a premiere CD is also included. This work, which is said to have had a great influence on later movie works, is truly super Godzilla.

Superb Remaster
Could not have asked for a better release. The original 19 tracks from the game sound fantastic, the audio truly pops when played over speakers. Likewise, the 8 tracks from the old "Super Famicom Music Collection" release sound just as good.

What truly sold me on this release was not just the jaw-dropping cover art, but the enclosed booklet, which contains a wealth of information. From tips on playing the game, to brief descriptions for every music track and monster, to an interview with the game's producer, it feels like a mini "completion" book for diehard fans.

An easy recommendation for fans of Godzilla, or for anyone who enjoys the old-school style of music from the SNES era. Nostalgic!
