So Happy!
It's a very fun game. One of the best Taiko games I've ever played. I'm really happy and satisfied with the game. I hope more Taiko no Tatsujin games will be released.

Super fun and good music variety
While it’s not the most complex of games out there, Taiko no Tatsujin has always been good fun, and getting two games for the price of one is a great bargain. There’s no DLC you have to buy, all the songs are unlocked as you play, and there’s a great track list ranging from new anime intros to old classics.

Collecting friends along the way as you travel through time is fun and relaxing, and while the difficulty does tend to randomly ramp up at times, you can always go to the menu and adjust the difficulty levels as needed. The game automatically swaps to English so you have no worries if you can’t read Japanese, which is an added bonus.

Overall, a great and somewhat mindless yet relaxing game. My only complaint would be that in story mode you can’t seem to use the motion controls for the songs, and must use buttons instead. However, I’m assuming that if you own a Taiko drum, that it should work just fine, though I haven’t checked this.

Pretty Fun Game!
Love that it's in English, and it's super fun to play. It's almost like Pokemon if Pokemon was a rhythm game. I can't convince myself to purchase the drum set, but I've gotten used to playing it with A, B, X, Y and + to being the red drum and L and R being the blue drum.

I love it!
This was an unexpected announcement from Bandai Namco and I was in since that moment! This was a great idea in fact, combine the Taiko no Tatsujin mechanics with JRPG-fun (my favorite genre). Thanks to Play-Asia I have it in physical format!

More great Taiko fun!
It's great to be able finally play these games in English and having both on one cartridge is a double win in my opinion! Song selection on both games is good, although the first game edges it out in that regard and the RPG mode adds an extra level of fun to the proceedings.

If you like Taiko and want a bit more than just the standard song modes, this is the game for you!
