At this point, everyone should know that The Last Of Us is one of the very best games of the last generation (along with Uncharted 2 and Valkyria Chronicles), and that every serious gamer should have it in his/her library. If You own a PS3 and like action games, you absolutely have no excuse for not having this marvel of a game.
Now this particular version is very very awesome. You can choose Japanese voices and/or text, which adds a beautiful unique feeling to the amazing story of Joel and Ellie. There's also a PSN CODE inside the box which allows you to download the Left Behind DLC and all the multiplayer maps DLC. Note that you MUST HAVE A JAPANESE ACCOUNT in order to use it.
Consider buying this truly special version of The Last Of Us, you won't regret it!
