Item Description
There are two games in this game pak, one is a port of the 16-bit version of Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, the second is the all new Legend of Zelda: Four Swords.Four Swords allows up to 4 players to cooperate or compete, where four Links fight together through the most grueling dungeons. The game features randomly generated dungeons, the dungeons are different everytime you play. The obstacles have all been designed to demand that multiple heroes solve problems and slash foes together, but even as you work together, you compete against your friends to see who can collect the most Rupees.In the quest Link must use the the power of an enchanted blade, the Four Sword, which split the hero into four, to defeat a maniacal wind mage called Vaati, who has kidnapped Princess Zelda and intends to bring chaos back to the land.Four Swords is divided into trials, such as Chambers of Insight, Heave Ho, Cut-Throat Competition and so on. You can unlock more trials by collecting the Silver and Gold keys.Both Four Swords and A Link to the Past can affect the gameplay of each other. For example, new sword move you learned from one game can be used in the other game. You can also use Four Swords to unlock additional dungeons in A Link to the Past, and vice versa.
