description

A reporter, Sun-joo, investigates the mysterious death of her cousin. Sun-joo discovers a strange video tape which has disturbing images on it, after watching it she receives a phone call and an eerie voice tells her she will dies in seven days. Sun-joo must investigate the origins of the video tape and discover a way to save herself. --- THE RING VIRUS is a remake of Japan's horror classic RING and was remade specifically for Korean audiences much like the American remake THE RING localized the film for English speaking audiences. THE RING VIRUS follows the events of the original more closely than the American version which tends to stray from the original formula at times. This version has more of a focus on the mystery side of the story rather then the scares. Approach this film expecting nothing more then another insight into the world of RING and you should get some satisfaction out of this, but don't approach this film hoping for the same tense atmospheric effects of Nakata's original. -Adam Kitano

A movie to See!!!
The Ring Virus is a good movie. It really isn\'t scary, is more like an investigation of the mysterious tape. Sun-joo, is a reporter. She found out that her niece died of mysterious circumtances. and she was going to get to the bottom of it, and find out what really happen..she ask help to a Dr. who did an autopsy on the victim. Together they start a investigation on the person who did the tape. And once they realize that they had only 7 days to live, they did not stop looking, and serching information. Especially when Sun-joo\'s daugther saw the movie. the only part you really get to see the gost is in the end...when she climb out of the TV..to get her victim...But I can\'t tell you who that is..
get it..you won\'t regret.
