Item Description

At the close of the 20th century... A large-scale natural disaster struck the eastern area of a certain country. The disaster wiped out the financial sector and toppled high-rise buildings over a wide area, even as far as the main functions of the capital. This resulted in the loss of a staggering 158,000 lives.

At the dawn of the 21st century... Conglomerate PROBE-NEXUS, commonly known as Probe, begins reconstruction efforts in the eastern area of said country. Probe relocates its own base of operations to the ruined sector and builds a massive city run by the corporation. Lavished with colossal capital and cutting-edge technology, modern-day Babylon is made up of skyscrapers that put the old high-rises to shame, the biggest shopping mall in the world, and recreational facilities one might mistake for a theme park. This was the dazzling birth of a symbol for the new century. It became the most essential place on the planet and was christened Zone Prime.

Great combo fighter
This is a fun fighter if you like mastering combos. It’s not over the top with flashy moves , but more realistic martial arts moves. Great fighter to add to the collection.

A somewhat obscure fighter is reborn on the Switch!
Cool characters, crazy combos and animation galore! This obscure fighter is easy to pick up and difficult to put down. The only downside are the DLC characters, but unfortunately this is par for the course for most video games nowadays. There are in-game move lists and a training mode for squaring off against the AI, but definitely worth picking up for fighting game fanatics.

The Rumble Fish 2
This is a pretty good fighting game overall. The characters all play differently and the graphics are nice. I have two problems with this game however. The first is that there are only thirteen characters to choose from when I originally thought there would be sixteen. The last three are DLC and have to be purchased. In the original arcade version they were unlocked over time but they decided to take that out for the console version. The other problem is that there is practically no single-player experience. There is an arcade mode, time attack mode and survival mode. I can't even fight against the CPU in versus mode. I find this quite disappointing since I never play on-line.
I would recommend this game for fighting game enthusiasts since the game plays incredibly well and quite fun. It's mainly the paid DLC that leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
