Cloud, Lightning, Tidus and the Final Fantasy cast are super deformed. This time they are not using blades and guns to defeat their enemies, they are going to use their sense of rhythm. Theatrhythm is a new branch of the franchise. It contains the most exciting, most romantic and most beautiful tracks from the series. Players can control up to four characters during the Battle Mode. Tap the screen, slide your stylus across the pad, trace the arrows and hold your note. The better sense of rhythm you have, the more damages you can do to your opponents. In the event mode, gamers tap to the beat of the music and enjoy the memorable scenes.

This is a must have for any 3DS owner. Gorgeous songs, great controls, lots of new songs available via DLC.

Finally Fantastic Again
The 3d is throwaway, noone new will be brought to the series and the little sprite characters are pretty annoying. There are quite a few things wrong here but it doesn't stop this from being the best Final Fantasy game since FFIX. A nostalgia fest for long time fans, the game will have you reliving all the great memories of the first 8 games of the series (as long as you skip 8). So many memories.
My main problem is that having such a nostalgia fest just reminds me about how much the FF series has been screwed up since it came to the ps2 and beyond. Well, as long as I stick to this, I can still imagine Sqaure Enix have some idea of what they're doing.

Total Nostalgia!
A really interesting use of the Final fantasy property. I didn't really know what to expect when I ordered this, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's great to see the video cut-scenes from the games in 3D.
