Updated 21-4-2010: Shipments to Europe delayed due to volcanic eruptions in Iceland - Parcel locations

21-4-2010 Update: Here is some good news at last. Fedex has resumed their services at midnight 21st April and parcels will be shipped out at a "first in first out basis". Of course, with last week's parcels piled up, the staff need some time to clear out the backlog and complete customer clearance in the European hubs. Delay in delivery is expected, but at least things are moving, we hope everything could go back to normal very soon.

Goods that are delivered by Airmail through Hong Kong Post (Economy Bubble, Economy Box), will be delayed by a few more days. Cathay Pacific has made the decision to extend their cargo embargo until Monday, which means they are not accepting new parcels from the post carriers till then. Limited flights will resume today, but the airline will use the capacities to clear their backlog first. Hopefully parcels that are already in the queue will reach their destinations next week.

Due to the volcanic eruptions in Iceland and the spreading ash cloud that covers the continent, airports around Europe have closed down for the weekend. Both mail and courier shipping services will be delayed. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences caused.

Scientists say that the volcano is still erupting but is producing less ash. Hopefully the situation will stabilize soon. Please use the tracking function in your shipping confirmation to stay informed about the progress of your shipment. We will also try to keep you informed with updates on this news post.
