In this world, corporations reign supreme, all human life is infected with nanomachines designed to oppress them, and the terrifying White Knights ensure that everyone obeys the laws.
But, this is not about those people.
You are a bartender at VA-11 HALL-A, affectionately nicknamed "Valhalla." Although it is just a small bar downtown, it attracts the most fascinating people this side of dystopia. Keep your clients lubricated and you will be made privy to the most interesting stories.

Unique and Charming
VA-11 Hall-A tells a personal and heartfelt story of coming to grips with past mistakes. Running parallel to the main plot lies a tremendous amount of world-building and character growth, but it's mostly relayed to you via conversations with customers, which is an interesting way to go about it.
The script is well-written and frequently laugh out loud funny. The graphics, harkening back to a simpler era in gaming, work in concert with a mellow soundtrack to create an incredibly relaxing experience.

A PC-98 Visual novel on the modern age of gaming
The OST is phenomenal, the story is interesting and the universe set in VA-11 HALL-A is incredibly unique. Highly recommended.
