Weekly import update: More than 30 new titles shipping - Armored Core Nexus, Astro Boy, Saints: Seinaru Mamono, Saiyuki Reload & more

The last weeks in March are usually full of new Japanese release titles, lots of companies are trying to push their latest developments into a release prior the end of the fiscal year. As a result, more than 30 new release titles were officially published in Japan today.

Most interesting and most demanded among this week's large pile of new titles are Katamari Damashii, Armored Core: Nexus, Astro Boy: Tetsu Wan Atom (all for PS2™) and The Legend of Zelda: The Four Swords & Mobile Suit Gundam: Senshitachi no Kiseki (for Gamecube™).

    Ceramic White console preorders were shipped today, while all pending Sakura color console orders are anticipated to ship early of next week.

    Looking forward to next week, we are expecting the most interesting releases to be on almost all major platforms, starting with Square-Enix's Dragon Quest V, SNK Playmore's King of Fighters 2002, Sega AGES 2500 Series Vol. 10 After Burner II and Sega AGES 2500 Series Vol. 11 Fist of the North Star (all for PS2™).

    For all Dreamcast™ fans we will have another great 2D shooting conversion with The Castle of Shikigami II (shipping as standard and limited edition release).

    Gamecube™ owners can expect Sega's multi platform puzzle title Puyo Puyo Fever (which was already released on PS2™ and Dreamcast™ before) and Kirby will strike back on GBA™ with Hoshi no Kirby: Kagami no Daimeikyuu.

    Also shipping next week are two interesting game soundtracks: Psyvariar 2 Original Soundtrack Plus (the game features one of the best background music we experienced recently) and Radiant Silvergun Soundtrack + (which is a reprint from the old Saturn based shooting game soundtrack).

    Last but not least, PC owners and Winning Eleven fans still considering a purchase of Konami's soccer hit might watch out for the Korean PC port of Winning Eleven 7 International.
