PlayStation®4 [Fighting]

Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN-  is the fifth installment of the frenetically paced Guilty Gear series, and while keeping in line with the series' signature 2D anime style artwork, cel shaded graphics have now replaced the traditional hand drawn sprites resulting in what some call playable animation. The end product is a fluid and brilliant visual experience, with dynamic camera movement where characters burst to life on screen in tandem with frenzied particle effects from a multitude of special moves and fighting mechanics.

Playable characters total at 16 at this moment; fans will immediately recognize Sol Badguy, Ky Kiske, Millia Rage, May, Chipp Zanuff, Potemkin, Venom, Axl Low, I-No, Faust, Slayer, and Zato-1. As well, Sin from Overture and Elphelt - a new character to the series, as well as boss character Ramlethal Valentine join the roster of playable characters!

The biggest announcement for Guilty Gear Xrd -Sign- is that one will never lack an opponent online; Arc System Works has made it a priority for both releases to be cross-platform; players on both the PS3 and PS4 can instakill each other without feeling guilty~

PlayStation®3 [JRPG]

Ar nosurge is a Fantasy, Sci-fi, '7 Dimension' RPG, that takes place in a world where music and song can create magic! It tells the compelling story of a civilisation that lost their planet and have since been roaming the edges of the universe for 2000 years in search of a new home.

We recommend Ar Nosurge: Ode to an Uborn Star to fans of the JRPG genre or music lovers. The story and likeable characters are accompanied by an incredible soundtrack that will only help to lose you in the tale.

The game's battle system features a lot of depth, allowing players to assign their commands and even combo them together as you like. Players control two characters: the protagonist has the purpose of actively attacking the enemies and protecting the heroine, while the heroine stands behind the protagonist singing a magical song chosen by the player.

PlayStation®Vita [S-RPG]

Kagero or Deception is a strategy-RPG with a uniquely passive combat system, the primary goal being to exact your revenge on the unsuspecting by setting deadly traps! The developer, Tecmo, hasn't released a new Kagero title since Trapt - a decade ago! So you can imagine the surprise all the fans felt when the logo for Kagero: Dark Side Princess was revealed at Sony's press conference!

Even more exciting is the release of an English version with the new title: Deception IV: Blood Ties! This cult favorite is sure to please those with a diabolical inclination towards complex schemes with huge payoffs, as many creative and iconic traps - from the Iron Maiden to Banana Peels - can be linked together for insane combinations. The title is heavily inspired by Tecmo's 1996 PlayStation game Devil's Deception, so expect to see some distinct similarities!

Tecmo have even included a 'share to YouTube' function so you can easily show off your evil genius!

PlayStation®4 [Stealth / Action]

Alien: Isolation is largely focused on stealth mechanics, and unlike most video game adaptations of the Alien franchise Alien: Isolation features few Aliens throughout its duration requiring the player to go unnoticed in order to survive being hunted. That doesn't mean there is no shooting, you will encounter humans and androids to get your FPS fill but it should not consume the gameplay. In fact, increasing your light or sound makes it all the easier to be found.

All that said the most exciting aspect of the game is the Alien and it's AI, and how it will track down our protagonist. Both you and the Alien will have ways to thwart each other through the non-linear level (reportedly featuring multiple exit and entry points) but the developer's goal is to make you feel like the AI is tracking you, learning from you, and toying with you. If that isn't unnerving enough, you will be unable to track the Alien's specific location and have no information at all if the Alien is not moving.

Adding to the immersion, the game will feature no on-screen HUD forcing you to inhibit your attention while using your inventory items to gather information. The developers even go so far as to introduce a depth-of-field effect making it impossible to see the Alien's location and what is in front of you at the same time. Alien: Isolation also features a crafting system allowing the player to create weapons and tools to defend themselves. The items used for crafting appear in randomized locations throughout the levels, forcing players to explore in order to find them on each playthrough instead of memorizing their locations.

PlayStation®3 [Action - Musou]

The 8th installment of Dynasty Warriors brings the player all the hack and slash action we've grown to love, along with expansions on gameplay and graphics. Features from previous installments will be returning, such as all the previous modes as well as the multiple weapon types, but also includes many expansions on the existing concepts.

Story Mode will be a lot more open, giving the player the decision as to how they want to progress through the game, moving away from the pre-set paths of previous games, as well as making multiple characters available for each stage. The biggest feature of Story Mode is definitely the addition of co-operative play, which can be played both on and offline.

Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends is a standalone expansion to Dynasty Warriors 8. This includes new episodes focusing on Lu Bu and an addition of 5 new characters for a total of 82 playable warriors. As well, Xtreme Legends expands with hypothetical scenarios that change plot-lines of the Three Kingdoms romance; Ambition Mode and the Challenge mode has been tweaked for better gameplay. Finally, Free mode now has an "Ultimate" difficultly level.

PlayStation®3 [Action]

Lollipop Chainsaw is a humorously violent story of a sweet and dangerous zombie-hunter, Juliet Starling, on an epic quest to uncover the cause of a colossal zombie outbreak! With her equal parts dangerous and awesome chainsaw in hand Juliet slices, dices, and splits her way through hordes of the undead - with the help of her disembodied head of a boyfriend 'Nick'.

She soon realizes that the horde is even worse than your normal run of the mill zombies, and is just the opening act to a festival of zombie 'Rock Lords' determined to stop the chainsaw-wielding cheerleader by any means necessary.

From developers Goichi Suda and Grasshopper Manufacture (aka the legendary 'SUDA 51') comes a title that has created insane levels cult following, hype, and interest since its release. A charming protagonist, a slightly cheesey story, and a whole lot of gore are the necessary ingredients to this horror-themed hack and slash.

Nintendo DS™

Starfox Command is the fifth title in Nintendo's incredibly popular scrolling shooter franchise and keeps to the aerial combat roots that fans have loved for years.

Starfox Command involves the protagonist Fox McCloud and his team as they set out to defend their homes from aliens known as the 'Anglar'.

The title consists of two different styles of gameplay, and up to six-player support for local wireless. The Battle mode is very similar to the "all-range mode" in Star Fox 64, where players can move much more freely (unlike the "on-rails" style of movement.)

Before you get into battles players will need to navigate the overworld map, where players will take command of up to 4 different ships. Your strategic movement will decide whether or not you can protect the 'Great Fox'!
