Item Description

Flying is a key element in this 2D fighter. The kingdom of Gawain is located in the center of the world. The strength of the inhabitants depend on their performances in the battle arena. Although the fights are timed, with their use of their special weapons called Windy, the participants can fly freely in the sky during battles. With the emphasis on Windy and battles, the skills of the wielder and the level of the weapon soon became a symbol of power. To determine the fittest amongst the fit, a combat event is opened where the winner's any wish will be granted.Tempted by the prize and the fun of battling out of gravity's control, this event attracted Windy Wielders of all races, and this include Izuna the unemployed ninja and her friend Kunoichi. In this game, being blown away by your opponent does not mean an automatic K.O. Time your attacks and fly up into the sky before you launch your sure kill attack. The game makes use of the double screen feature of your DS console to allow you more control when you are up in the air. Make use of the training mode to practice flying and the wireless function to take on other Windy players you know in the real world.

OK game.
Could have better fighting mechanics. At least the graphics are good, and Izuna makes a cameo.

Needs more, but not bad.
Commands can sometimes be a bit hard to let out because of the DS' directional pad. But this is not a bad fighting game for DS. The battle stage is split vertically in half because of the dual screens. It's like Guilty Gear: Dust strikers only it's not 1 on 3, it has specials & supers as well as dashing & double jumping. Probably increasing the number of attack buttons and basic combos would make it better.
