Perfect
Easy to use. The recommended sensor bar for Dolphin Emulator.

Great product overall, but has a few minor issues.
As far as letting me sync up a Wiimote to my PC for use in Dolphin, the thing gets five stars... however I have to dock it a star for a couple of niggling issues.

1. The USB cable is criminally short, forcing me to purchase an extender cable.

2. When no Wiimote is synched, the indicator LED incessantly flashes at you, this might not be such a problem if the device had an on/off switch, but the only recourse is to unplug it. Not ideal.

3. I'm not sure if my unit is flawed, but the right side LEDs get pretty hot, hot enough that I am concerned about burnout. The left side ones are only mildly warm by comparison.

Works better than expected.
I got this to replace a battery operated sensor bar which I had been using for dolphin. I must say it's great. Not having to worry about the Bluetooth stack in Windows plus the very bright LEDs make it worthwhile by themselves.
As a bonus, the mouse mode, although certainly not accurate enough for normal mouse use, enables you to play gun games on other emulators such as MAME. Fantastic purchase.

Works, but with a flaw
Bought this sensor bar for two reasons:
1 - To replace the original sensor bar, which it does quite well. Works with both Wii and Wii U, driven by the USB-port on the system.
2 - To be able to sync my Wii-motes with the PC and use them in Dolphin. The first thing I did was to download the latest firmware and flash the sensor bar. Wasn't too hard. Synced the Wii-motes with the bar, and fiddled with the settings in Dolphin for 15 minutes or so, and got them up and running.
As for the response, my personal feeling is that there's a slightly higher response time / lag playing through the Dolphin Bar in Dolphin, than playing the same game on the real Wii. Not sure whether this is because of the bar or the Dolphin emulator, but either way, the difference is small enough not to overshadow the awesomeness of using real Wii-motes on the PC.
Now, the REAL (and only) thing I find annoying, is that the Dolphin Bar seems to present itself through the USB protocol as a whole bunch of HID devices / virtual joysticks and keyboards, sending junk data through these protocols. For instance, I'll have to unplug the Dolphin bar before launching many games on Steam etc. Even worse, having the Dolphin Bar connected in a USB while booting up my PC, BIOS will freak out and just show a black screen. Unplugging the Dolphin Bar and booting the PC solves the problem. So, whenever I'm up for an emulator session, I'll have to make sure not to connect the bar too early in the computer boot up.
