The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds was originally released in the US, PAL Territories, and Japan way back in the year 2013. Plus, a budget Nintendo Select version of the game for the PAL Territories was also released in 2015.
Here in the game, you assume the role of a young boy named Link. Your mission is to restore the peace to the Kingdom of Hyrule after a wicked sorcerer known as Yuga, abducted Princess Zelda. The malevolent sorcerer made his escape through a rift heading to the dark world of Lorule. Yuga seeks to seize the Seven Sages and steal their power to revive the Evil King, Ganon. As the game progress, a magical bracelet will be given to you. This accessory permits you to have the ability to merge into walls as a painting. This new ability will open the gate for you to have access to previously inaccessible areas. Plus, it will give you the chance to travel between Hyrule and the dark world of Lorule.
However, Ravio, the merchant who gave Link the bracelet, offered that accessory in exchange for being allowed to stay in his home and to divulge the information to him about the abduction of Princess Zelda.
Soon as you left the Hyrule Castle, you and Princess Zelda will have an encounter. The princess will give you a pendant of courage. Right after handing the pendant, she will instruct you to set forth and seek out the other pendants of power and wisdom in order to regain the power of the Master Sword.
By the time you embark on your journey to find the other pendants, you will meet Yuga again. However, he turned himself into a painting. But, thanks to Ravio’s bracelet, this accessory serves as a shield from Yuga’s spell. In addition, you also obtained the capability to merge into walls and can move around as a painting.
Soon as you discovered all the other pendants and regaining the power of the Master Sword, you will return to the Hyrule Castle where you witnesses Yuga converted Zelda into a painting.
And this is where the chase between you and the wicked Yuga begins. Momentarily, you will find yourself in the tangled dying Kingdom of Lorule. There, Yuga uses Zelda and the descendants of the Seven Sages, to resurrect the Evil King, Ganon and merge with him, gaining the Triforce of Power in the process.
There, Yuga uses Zelda and the descendants of the Seven Sages, who he had all trapped inside paintings, to revive Ganon and fuse with him, obtaining the Triforce of Power during the process. Just then, Link is aided by Princess Hilda, the leader of Lorule, who confines Yuga in magic spells. And that’s the time where you and Princess Hilda will work together to endure the developing challenges.
But, Is Princess Hilda really on the same page of yours? Or Is she a traitor? Will the Kingdom of Hyrule and Lorule ever be back to its full glory?
Find out on your own and complete all the challenging quests as you set forth on your epic journey!
