This game is perfect for February’s Valentines Day. This is considered as an otome genre. Otome game is basically targeting women audience. The main plot goal of every otome game is to develop a romantic relationship between the female protagonist and one of the male characters of the game.

On the first day of a new school year, the female protagonist and her friends are sucked into a mysterious well. They are in another world that resembles Kyoto during the Heian Period. According to a scion of the Star Clan, the female protagonist has come to save Kyō. She must help the beautiful and single men known as the Hachiyo.

Let me give you game geeks about a brief background of Heian Period for better understanding.

Heian Period is the last division of classical Japanese history. This is the period when Buddhism, Taoism, and Chinese influences are at their peak. This is also the peak of Japanese imperial court which is known for their literature and poetry.

The gameplay is simple. You play as the female protagonist who is surrounded by attractive young guys. You can try to make romance with one of the attractive men and live happily ever after–or not. The heroine must also fight against the evil with the help of the men around her.
