You control the protagonist named Six. She’s trapped in The Maw. The Maw is a mysterious vessel home for the sick and powerful creatures. She wakes up in The Maw, and she decides to escape the horrible place with a struggle of hunger. While she escapes, the blind Janitor of The Maw stalks her. The Janitor is responsible for kidnapping children and sending them on an overhead hook conveyor belt after killing them. How will Six escape this dollhouse full of mysteries?
